Israeli company AFI Europe, which already owns three residential projects in Sofia, will develop a logistic complex near Plovdiv.

The future compound will embrace a 33ha plot and will have a total built-up area of 140 000 sq m, reports sgrada.com.

It will provide facilitated access to the Plovdiv airport and the main thoroughfares to Greece and Turkey.
