Denitsa Hristova is the new managing director of Benchmark Finance

Hristova graduated in labour economy and organisation from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. She has post diploma qualifications in land and property management from Oxford Brookes University – Lapeco, and in the mechanism and organisation of labour from the PHARE Programme for Distant Learning.

Denitsa Hristova was appointed the new managing director of BenchMark Finance at the beginning of the year.

Hristova’s previous experience includes working at the Economy Ministry as head of the human resources department and director of the human resources and organisational development divisions.

Between October 2004 and December 2007 she was chairperson of the State Agency for Bulgarians Abroad. She has also been a member of the Bulgarian Associations for Human Resources Management and Development and was on the board of directors for the Association of Specialists on Labour Protection.
