Industrial and construction equipment engineering company Euromarket Group is opening its regional centre for Central North Bulgaria in Pleven today [March 27], investor.bg reported.
The complex, with a total area of 4200 sq m, comprises an administrative and repair centre, a showroom, a spare parts warehouse and an exhibition park.
Its opening is part of the company’s investment programme for 2008/09, which also envisages development of regional centres in Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Bourgas, Rousse and Blagoevgrad.
The total amount of investment in regional compounds and service facilities in the country exceeds 30 million leva, company representatives told investor.bg.
The Pleven centre will be the holding’s largest representation in the Central North Bulgaria region, which has seen a considerable increase in recent years in demand for loading, land-tilling and road-construction equipment as well as for machines for concrete production, transport and foundation and for compressors, company officials noted.
“We expect that 2008 will record a significant growth in hoisting equipment (motor and electric trucks). Demand for welding machines and machines for equipment of car repair stations in Pleven area will maintain its current high levels,” Dimitur Ilchev, managing director of Euromarket Group, commented.
The exhibition park will have 18 machines, including Hyunda excavators, loading excavators Hidromek, Kramer loaders, an Ammann steam-roller, a self-propelled platform Manitou, etc.
The group’s revenue, generated in Bulgaria and in its four foreign companies in Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Hungary and Slovenia, exceeded 400 million leva in 2007.
Euromarket Group managers expect that the total revenue will surpass one billion leva by 2010, investor.bg reported.
Euromarket Group is a Bulgarian company. The total number of its employees, including the staff in the foreign subsidiaries, reached 1000.
The company holds the exclusive rights for Bulgaria for international brands like Hyundai Construction, Gardner Denver compressors, Ammann Compaction, Lincoln Electric, Mitsubishi Forklifts, Gedore and others.
