Four companies put up their shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 11.

The kitchen equipment manufacturer Torgoterm Jsc started a secondary trade with its new share flotation amounting to three million leva.
Three other companies - PRC REIT, Nov Vek Holding Jsc and Properties Capital Investments REIT, also put up their shares for trade.

 ** PRC's emission accounts to 650 000 leva and is split into 65 000 shares at a face value of 10 leva each. The fund specialises in securitisation of real estate, primarily in the field of retail, administrative and residential sectors, embracing construction, renting out, purchase and sale. The REIT's founders are the Bulgarian American Credit Bank, holding a 30 per cent stake in the enterprise, Alexy Popov, chair of the Board of Directors and managing director of the fund - with 22.4 per cent, Raicho Raichev - 18.2 per cent, Ema Boneva, owning seven per cent and Konstantin Popov - 4.2 per cent.
 ** Nov Vek Holding Jsc has registered a total of 907 586 new shares for trade, which were issued as a result of the company's capital hike to the amount of 1 557 209 leva.
 ** Properties Capital Investments REIT's floated 650 000 new shares at a par value of one lev.

Turin Properties and Lev Invest REITs launched their rights offerings on February 11. Concurrently, the companies will conduct transferring and subscription of the new shares.
Turin will offer an emission of 150 000 rights at a closed auction. Each right will entitle subscription to one share at a face value and issue price of one lev.
Lev Invest REIT will also offer 150 000 rights on the same terms - one lev face value and issue price, each right allowing the subscription to a single share.

February 12 is the deadline for the transfer of rights - entitling participation in the capital raise -  performed by FairPlay Propeties and Sopharma Buildings REITs. The former issued 50.7 million rights, entitling to subscription to 10.14 shares, having a face value of one lev and issue price of 2.25 leva. The latter plans an increase in its capital from 500 000 to 650 000 shares through the flotation of 150 000 new shares at a face and issue value of one lev and the ration between the issued rights and the new shares equals 1/1.

The auction for the unexercised rights on the capital raise of FIA Bulgaria Jsc will be held on February 13. As previously reported by PropertyWise, the Greek-controlled company plans to raise its share capital from 700 000 to 1.225 million leva through issuing 525 000 shares at a par value of one lev and issue price 9.31 leva. The ratio between the issued right (700 000) and the new shares is 4/3.

The deadline for the rights' transfer was set at February 6.
