Hilti Bulgaria Ltd rents offices and warehouses in Sofia Airport Centre

SAC, situated close to Sofia Airport, will offer 1 800 00 sq m of class A offices, logistics and warehouse areas after completion. Investment in the project is 250 million euro.

The Bulgarian branch of Hilty, a leading international company for construction innovations, is the first tenant at Sofia Airport Centre (SAC), a joint project of the US Tishman International and GE Real Estate. Hilty signed a five-year contract for the lease of office and warehouse premises for an undisclosed sum.

SAC, situated close to Sofia Airport, will offer 1 800 00 sq m of class A offices, logistics and warehouse areas after completion. Investment in the project is 250 million euro.
GE Real Estate joined the Los Angeles based Tishman for the construction of SAC in November 2007.

GE Real Estate has more than one billion euro investments in Central and Eastern European countries. Tishman International specialises in business properties. It manages more than 557 418 sq m of offices and trade centres in the UK.
