Svetoslav Delchev has been appointed one of the three managers of the Bulgarian subsidiary of Immorent AG Vienna. Immorent Bulgaria also appointed two new procurators: Polina Kerteva, who was chief of the leasing department, and Boryana Abadjieva, who headed the financial department.

Delchev is now in charge of the operational management in the main company’s field of service – real estate and personal property leasing. He graduated in finance and investments from Berlin Technical University.
