UK-based Bulgarian Property Development Plc (BPD), which specialises in developing, trading and investing in Bulgarian properties, declared its intention to build a business centre with an adjoining office and warehouse in Krivina village, near Sofia, expert.bg reported.

The compound will occupy a two-hectare plot. Fund’s representatives have already submitted the detailed project of the centre with the municipality and it is to be voted by the end of March.

Apart from the business park’s construction, BPD plans to develop the adjoining infrastructure, as well.

The fund also owns 9.2 ha along the Sofia ring road near the village of Krivina and 8.8 ha in Hladilnika neighbourhood, where it mulls developing retail and office space. The company has two plots (2.3 ha and 1.4 ha respectively) in Sofia Airport area, as well, where it is likely to erect high-construction density office and warehouse compounds.
